Rental Rates & Policies

Our spectacular gardens, pastures, wooded trails and rustic barn provide a natural and peaceful location for your private event or wedding. Tollgate is a unique, multi-building historic site, with views of  rolling farmland  which are practically unknown elsewhere in present-day Oakland County.  Tollgate has long provided this unique setting for conferences and special events.  The beauty of Tollgate is due primarily to the efforts of our many volunteers. Enjoy our gardens beauty in all seasons!

  • *Special Events require special permission.  Please complete the Reservation Request form with your asking date and we will respond with availability and provide a price quote.  Our 2014 special event rates, policies and offerings are under review.  We will begin booking 2014 when rates and  policies are posted.  Please check the website for updates.  updated 5.1.13

 Our 2013 outdoor weekend season (including Fridays) is booked from April 20th until the last weekend in October.  Our barn is not heated therefore we do not rent prior to April 20th or after the end of October.
